Classic Range – Travel Advisor Incentive Terms & Conditions (Australia Only)

How it works

• $100 Digital Visa Gift Card per eligible booking
• No caps – earn on every qualifying booking
• Split bookings are not permitted where passengers are travelling together as a family, household, or sharing accommodation
• Open to registered Australian travel advisors only
• Applies to new deposited bookings only within the Classic Range
• Incentives are awarded per individual advisor, not per agency
  
  

Key dates

Promotion ends: 30 April 2026
Claim deadline: 31 May 2026

Gift cards are issued digitally within 30 days of receiving a valid claim.

Eligibility

To qualify, bookings must meet the following:

• Be new, with a deposit received within the Promotion Period
• Be for a tour within the Classic product range

Not eligible:

• Existing, amended, reinstated or transferred bookings
• Bookings transferred between advisors or agencies
• Bookings without a valid deposit
• Split bookings created to divide families, households, or travellers sharing accommodation

Each eligible booking earns one $100 gift card (regardless of passenger numbers).

Cancellations & amendments

If a qualifying booking is cancelled, refunded, rebooked or materially changed, 50 Degrees North may:

• Void the incentive
• Reclaim any incentive already issued
• Offset the value against future payments
  
  

Gift card conditions

• Issued digitally
• Expiry and usage determined by card issuer
• Lost, stolen or misused cards cannot be replaced
• Incentives cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
  
  

Tax responsibility

Any Australian tax obligations – including Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) – are the responsibility of the recipient.
