Kirkenes Snow Hotel

Kirkenes Snow Hotel is a ‘once in a lifetime’ experience – sleep in a snow igloo with amazing ice carvings on the walls. The snow-rooms run off a corridor with a curtain door and beds with thermal mattresses. You are provided with a sleeping bag and balaclava to keep warm. The adjacent service building houses a warm and cosy restaurant, as well as facilities. A stay at the Snow Hotel combines perfectly with a Hurtigruten voyage starting or ending in Kirkenes. The Snow Hotel is open from late December to March.

It is possible to upgrade to a free-standing designer cabins inspired by the local Sami tents (Gamme).
