There are two National Tourist Routes of Norway monuments to visit here on Senja and our self-drive itinerary to this area visits them - Tungeneset and Bergsbotn.
Senja is hospitable all year round, in summer with its constant light, but also in winter with its short days and changeable weather. Just like the weather and the sea, the nature on the island makes for an exciting encounter. Senja and Andøya offer a more coastal alternative, rather than driving the E6 or cruising on the Hurtigruten.
