Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Vilnius

Arrive in Vilnius and enjoy a private transfer to your hotel. Settle in and take the evening to relax or begin exploring the city’s charming streets and vibrant café culture.

Whether you choose a quiet dinner in a historic cellar or a lively spot in the Glass Quarter, Vilnius offers a warm welcome and a taste of its rich culinary traditions.

Day 2 - Private City Sightseeing and Hot Air Ballooning

Begin your day with a private walking tour of Vilnius’ Old Town. Starting at Cathedral Square, your guide will lead you through centuries of history—from the Grand Duchy of Lithuania to the present day. Visit the Presidential Palace, Vilnius University, and the Gothic Corner, home to the Church of St. Ann’s and the Monastery of St. Bernard.

Cross the Vilnelė River into Užupis, the city’s artistic enclave, and explore its embankments, galleries, and viewpoints. Continue past the Gate of Dawn and into the Glass Quarter, where contemporary Baltic design meets historical depth.

Later, embark on a hot air ballooning experience—a rare opportunity to fly over a European capital. Depending on weather and wind conditions, your flight may take place over Vilnius or Trakai. Either way, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views, a celebratory glass of sparkling wine, and a flight certificate to commemorate the experience. All transfers and safety briefings are included.

Day 3 - Ancient Capitals and Trakai Castle

Today’s private day tour takes you beyond Vilnius to explore Lithuania’s ancient capitals. First, travel to Kernavė, a UNESCO-listed archaeological site nestled in lush valleys. Walk among hill forts and mounds that tell the story of Baltic tribes and early Lithuanian statehood.

Continue to Trakai, famous for its lakeside Island Castle and multicultural heritage. Visit the remains of the Peninsular Castle, stroll along the lake, and learn about Grand Duke Vytautas, who once ruled the largest state in Europe. Enjoy a lunch inspired by the ethnic groups of Trakai—Lithuanians, Karaites, and Tartars—before returning to Vilnius for a relaxed evening and dinner at your leisure.

Day 4 - Departure day

After breakfast, enjoy a private transfer to the airport or train station. Whether you're heading home or continuing to other Baltic destinations, Vilnius will leave you with lasting memories of its beauty, history, and warmth.
