The Northern Lights Corridor follows the Arctic as it changes. Over seven days, clients move from the fjords of northern Norway to the open fells of Kilpisjärvi, then through the forests of Finnish Lapland to Santa Claus Village. It is a Classic group tour, so the focus stays on route design, local partners and time in the destination, with comfortable 3-star hotels throughout.

Why it works for your clients
A clear story. The route is easy to explain and easy to picture: Tromsø, the Lyngen region, Kilpisjärvi near the meeting point of Norway, Sweden and Finland, Harriniva Adventure Resort, and Rovaniemi.
Great odds for the Northern Lights. Tromsø, Kilpisjärvi and Harriniva are all well placed for aurora, and Kilpisjärvi has almost no artificial light. A night-time snowshoe walk is scheduled, and the lodge dinners leave room for a clear sky. As always, sightings cannot be guaranteed.
A considered pace. Two nights each in Kilpisjärvi and Harriniva mean less packing and more time to settle.
Participation, not spectating. Clients drive a snowmobile to the Border of Three Countries, walk on snowshoes at night, fish through the ice by an open fire, drive their own husky team for 10 to 12 km, and visit a reindeer farm to learn about herding traditions. Most of the trip is already arranged. Six breakfasts, two lunches, six dinners, all activities, thermal outerwear for wilderness excursions, a tour leader with local guides, and 24-hour emergency support are included.

Good to know when you talk to clients
- The group is capped at 30 (but will depart with as few as 6). The Classic standard means 3-star hotels, which suits clients who value experiences over accommodation.
- The route is one way, so clients need flights into Tromsø and out of Rovaniemi (both have frequent flights).
- Guests need a full driving licence to drive a snowmobile. Others can ride as passengers.
- A moderate level of mobility is needed for the outdoor winter activities.
- Clients bring their own winter clothing for travel days and free time. Thermal outerwear is provided for the wilderness activities.
- Activities may change with weather and local conditions.

The reward
Confirm six qualifying bookings and receive:
- One complimentary small group tour, valued at up to AUD 9,500 / NZD 11,500 / USD 6800 / CAD 9500. Should your preferred guaranteed departure exceed this value, the difference is payable by the advisor.
- A 30% discount for one travel companion on the same departure, sharing a twin or double room
How to qualify
- Book six small group tours between 1 January and 31 December 2026
- All small group tour bookings confirmed in 2026 are eligible
- A booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and the booking form is completed
- Cancelled bookings are removed from the qualifying count
- Split bookings do not qualify (a booking split across multiple records counts as one)
Redeeming your complimentary tour
- Submit a redemption form with your qualifying booking references and agency details. Our team will verify your bookings before confirming your place.
- Your complimentary tour must be booked by 31 March 2027 and taken by 31 December 2027. The offer is not valid on Christmas and festive season departures.
- Please note: complimentary places are limited across all eligible departures combined, with a maximum of six places available in total and one per departure. Places are allocated on a first-confirmed basis, and are subject to availability on guaranteed departures only. This offer is non-transferable.
What's not included
International and domestic flights, travel insurance, optional activities, meals not specified in the itinerary, and personal expenses are not covered by the complimentary tour or companion discount.
