5 days - Group Hike in Hardangervidda National Park.

This trek, in the Hardangervilla region, is a great way to get out there and explore the largest mountain plateau in Northern Europe. This all inclusive group tour is escorted and accommodation is in staffed lodges and self-service cabins.

What's more natural than starting at Finse when hiking across Hardangervidda. We will hike the eastern parts of Hardangervidda and enjoy the beautiful view it has to offer. During the hike we will pass several landmarks, such as Hardangerjøkulen, Hallingskarvet, Hårteigen and Gaustatoppen. The terrain is hilly without steep climbs and no open sections. A ferry will take us across the Halnefjorden. Accommodation will be in staffed lodges.

This region is home to the largest wild reindeer herds in Europe and is spectacular in summer. The landscape of the Hardangervidda is characterised by barren, treeless moorland interrupted by numerous pools, lakes, rivers and streams. The east side is much flatter and more heavily vegetated.
